This material will be used in research and for establishing new diagnostic methods.We make cell lines available to collaboration partners, as well as gradually making selected cell lines available to the research community for a fee. Domesticated animal biobanks harbour immense potential for great scientific advances with broad societal impact. Canine and feline cancers are especially interesting for biobanking due to the similarity to their human counterparts and high translational value for human cancer immunotherapy.

    • Cancer stem cell lines are typically between passages five and ten and are enriched with cancer stem cells of a certain type. We are currently growing several canine and feline lines from diverse organs.
  • Normal stem cell lines
    • Normal stem cell lines are typically between passages five and ten and are enriched with normal stem cells of a certain type. We are currently growing several canine and feline lines from diverse organs.
  • Established cell lines
    • We are establishing normal and tumour cell lines beyond passage 10 that are characterised and can be used for research.
